Since 1997, Tampa Bay Neighborhood Housing Service (TBNHS) has been instrumental in the development of commercial and residential projects that have benefitted the Greater Tampa Bay community. Our work includes preservation, new construction, adaptive reuse or repurpose, and mixed-use. We work with community partners, non-profits, service providers, private developers and municipalities to design and build housing that is affordable, accessible and seamlessly integrated into the local communities.
