Tampa Bay Neighborhood Housing Services (TBNHS) is offering Senior Home Repair grants for owner-occupied homes belonging to seniors in the North Greenwood neighborhood. These grants are intended for minor exterior repairs, aiming to assist low-income seniors in preserving and sustaining homeownership. The maximum grant amount, not to exceed $5,000.00, may be adjusted at the discretion of TBNHS. Prior to committing to a Senior Home Repair grant, TBNHS must approve the scope of work and the preliminary cost estimate for the proposed repairs.

Pinellas County, FL
Pasco County, FL
Different counties in Florida outside of these two counties have their own rules and regulations for receiving down payment assistance. You will need to check with the county, other than Pinellas and Pasco, to see what requirements they have for their programs.
TBNHS will determine the completeness of applications and may request further information in support of an application. Application approval is based on funding availability, program eligibility, and eligible repairs. Application submittal does not guarantee approval. Funds are provided by the ARPA North Greenwood Grant program. Funding for this program was also made possible by the City of Clearwater and the Community Urban Leadership Coalition.
