Tampa Bay Neighborhood Housing Services (TBNHS)! is offering a Utility Program to our area residence. This initiative extends financial support to qualified individuals aged 55 and above residing in the North Greenwood Neighborhood within the City of Clearwater. Our primary objective is to support you in maintaining your residence and ensuring continuity of utility services by offering assistance with your utility bills.
To qualify for the program, participants must meet the following criteria:
• Household of 1: $0 - $46,000
• Household of 2: $0 - $52,600
• Household of 3: $0 - $59,150
• Household of 4: $0 - $65,700
• Household of 5: $0 - $71,000
• Household of 6: $0 - $76,250
• Household of 7: $0 - $81,500
• Household of 8: $0 - $86,750
